1. Service description
SignalDeck MarketGuard ("the Service") is a SaaS investment decision governance platform. The Service provides:
- Evaluation of proposed actions against user-defined risk rules
- Recording and traceability of investment decisions
- Portfolio concentration analysis
- Evidence Pack with public data sources (SEC EDGAR, market data)
2. Disclaimer — Not financial advice
SignalDeck MarketGuard provides risk governance tools, decision logging and evidence-based review workflows. It does not provide personalised investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
- Engine evaluations are indicative and based on rules defined by the user themselves.
- Past evaluations do not guarantee future results.
- The Service does not consider the full risk profile, financial goals, tax situation or investment horizon of the user.
- No system verdict should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy or sell securities.
- The user bears sole responsibility for their investment decisions.
If you need personalised financial advice, consult a registered investment adviser (RIA) or duly licensed broker-dealer.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Not reside in jurisdictions where use of the Service is prohibited
4. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your account and portfolios
- Not attempt to access other users' data
- Not use the Service for illegal activities or market manipulation
- Not reverse-engineer, scrape or make unauthorised automated use of the Service
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Advisor) are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. No refunds are offered for partial periods.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service with 30 days' prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalDeck and its operators shall not be liable for financial losses, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or investment decisions made based on system evaluations.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-platform notice at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operates. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
