Your rules. Your evidence.
Your verdict before you execute.
MarketGuard is the firewall that stands between impulse and execution. It evaluates every action against your own risk rules and public market evidence, and returns an auditable verdict — not an opinion.

The market doesn't ruin you. Your impulse does.
FOMO on the way up. Panic on the way down. Over-concentration in the trade of the moment. Revenge-trading after a loss. Each one costs the average investor thousands of dollars every year.
FOMO
You buy at prices that don't respect your own plan.
Panic
You sell at the bottom because of today's headline.
Concentration
A single position ends up being 60% of your portfolio.
Revenge trading
You double down to recover the last loss.
A firewall between your impulse and execution.
We don't tell you what to buy. We apply your own rules — the ones you wrote when you were calm — to every operation you propose, and we deliver a traceable verdict.
Your rules
Max concentration per asset and sector, max trade size, min cash reserve, loss limits.
Public evidence
SEC EDGAR (8-K, 10-Q), earnings calendar, and near-real-time market data.
Auditable verdict
APPROVED, LIMITED, REFUSED, ESCALATED, or PAUSED — with 0–100 score and SHA-256 hash.
Zero advisory
We issue no recommendations. You decide; we document the process.

Rule-based infrastructure, not market opinion
MarketGuard is SignalDeck's public proof-of-concept for institutional-quality governance tooling. It shows the engineering approach: deterministic engines, hash-chained audit trails, and zero advisory content.
Deterministic engine
Identical inputs always produce identical verdicts. Every output is reproducible and hash-verifiable — a requirement for any real audit trail.
Hash-chained decisions
Each decision references the previous one's SHA-256 hash, forming a tamper-evident chain analogous to a blockchain — without the complexity.
Zero advisory content
MarketGuard's CI pipeline checks every file to ensure the platform output contains no directional market language. Publisher's exclusion by design.
SignalDeck builds infrastructure for documented financial workflows. This platform is one example. For enterprise inquiries: tayron@iquelo.com
What you probably wanted to ask.
Does MarketGuard tell me what to buy or sell?
No. MarketGuard evaluates whether an action you propose violates your own risk rules and returns a verdict. It does not issue investment recommendations. The final decision is always yours.
What are “risk rules”?
Limits you define: max concentration per asset and sector, max operation size, min cash reserve, daily loss limit. The engine verifies that the proposed operation respects them.
What is the Evidence Pack?
The set of data and flags that support the verdict: current portfolio exposure, recent SEC EDGAR filings, concentration analysis, and revenge-trading pattern detection. Downloadable as JSON and — on Advisor plans and above — PDF.
Is it safe to record my positions?
Yes. Passwords are stored with BCRYPT, all pages use HTTPS, all forms have CSRF protection, and the entire database uses prepared statements. We do not sell or share your portfolio data.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
Cancelling stops future renewal. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, your account enters read-only mode. Historical decision records and evidence remain preserved according to MarketGuard's legal, privacy, and evidence-retention policies.
Does it work outside the United States?
The engine evaluates any ticker you enter. SEC EDGAR evidence applies to companies registered in the U.S. Market data covers most global exchanges.
Do you have an API to integrate the engine into my product?
Yes, on Firm and Enterprise plans. OpenAPI documentation, SDKs in PHP, Python, and Node.js, webhooks for asynchronous results, and revenue-share available for fintechs.
